Hi, I am Minister Shir, I want you to know that I’ve been where you are. I’ve faced moments of deep struggle and uncertainty, and understand how isolating and overwhelming those challenges can be, especially when there’s no one to help guide you through the difficult times.
I’ve experienced the uncertainty of not knowing which direction to take in life, as well as deep feelings of low confidence and self-esteem. I recognize the weight of struggling with negativity, shame, and emotional pain from the past. Feeling lost, stressed, unmotivated, or overwhelmed.
From my own journey, I’ve walked through those difficult times and emerged on the other side, and it’s from that place of personal experience that I offer my support and guidance.
I founded Goddesses School of Recovery From Hard Knocks to help individuals find their way through those challenges, and towards enlightenment, liberation, and inspiration. If you’re dealing with similar struggles—whether it’s navigating toxic relationships, battling addiction, managing feelings of uncertainty or rebuilding confidence and self-esteem—you don’t have to face those obstacles alone.
My goal is to provide a compassionate and understanding space where you can find the support you need to heal and move forward.
